JBoss Data Virtualization: Data technology at its best

recommendedThere is nothing as difficult as trying to integrate massive amounts of data from multiple sources into a single, accurate, usable source.  However, that is what most enterprises need to profit from their stored data and that is why, JBoss Data Virtualization is what they need.  Enterprises and major organizations will not need to worry about converting and making sense out of their stored data. It can also be reused for current applications and new business activities.  Users can easily access the data without having to deal with the intricacies of the database, query the data accessed, and then transform it to suit their needs.  Users will not even have to know where the data is stored and from where the information is being retrieved for their use.

The simplicity and ease of JBoss Data Virtualization allows users to get what they need in a fraction of the time that it normally takes.  Considering the sheer volume and diversity of the data, this is no easy task and JBoss enables timely and actionable integration of data.  It also lessens the creation of data stores virtually so that the user does not have to handle any underlying sources.  This can be seen in the Beta version of JBoss Data Virtualization where you can have a smooth integration of Cloud Data and Big Data.  You can also build reports in seconds and visualize your data through the Business Dashboard.

The Red Hat JBoss Developer Studio has been integrated with a model design tool to improve developer productivity.  It also boasts of an EAP (Enterprise Application Platform) to simplify packaging and deployment.  The beta version also has started to work on cloud data virtualization so that it can offer unique services via its unique technology.  Furthermore, the JBoss Data Virtualization also improves the quality of the data with the help of its access control which is centralized and by reducing physical copies of information.  Therefore the risk is also reduced and it also promotes security, visibility and transparency.  There is now only sophisticated technology without the complexity of advancements along with a focus on ease of use and simplicity.

When talking IoT we often focus on the devices, the sensors, the hardware itself. The new smart appliances, the new smart or self-driving cars (which are amalgamations of many ‘things'). When we are looking at the world of IoT, we should take a step back, look at the big picture. What value are these devices providing. IoT is not about the devices, its about the data consumed and generated. The devices are tools, mechanisms, conduits. This paper discusses the considerations when dealing with the...
