Double-Take® Software’s Performance and Products Earn Global Recognition

Double-Take® Software® (NASDAQ: DBTK) today announced that the company has been awarded six prestigious awards in 2009 based on its technology innovations and company performance. Double-Take Software competed with hundreds of products and companies for coveted industry recognition in the U.S., UK and China over the past year.

Window’s IT Pro and SQL Server Magazine named Double-Take Software’s Double-Take Move® as its “Best of Tech·Ed 2009” award winner in the Systems Management and Operations category. This award recognizes companies that offer innovative products for the IT industry. Double-Take Software was selected from more than 170 IT and developer products and services submitted for the contest, the winners of which were announced at the Tech·Ed 2009 IT Pro Conference in Los Angeles.

Window’s IT Pro’s “Editor’s Best” Awards required editors to talk to hundreds of vendors, attend product demos and review multiple products to find the best offerings of the past year in 15 categories. Double-Take Software’s Double-Take Move received Gold status in the Best Systems Management Product category.

Deloitte’s 2009 Technology Fast 500™ ranked Double-Take Software as one of the fastest growing companies in North America. The Technology Fast 500 list recognizes innovative companies that have achieved notable five-year revenue growth.
