Continuous Computing to Participate in Wind River Regional Developer Conferences in China and Taiwan

Continuous Computing®, the only company deploying uniquely architected systems comprised of telecom platforms and Trillium® software, today announced its participation in Wind River’s Regional Developer Conference (RDC) series across the Asia Pacific region including the cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Taipei and Xi’An.

The Wind River RDC series consists of multiple one-day developer seminars across the Asia Pacific region during a 10-day period from November 10 through November 20. Wind River’s annual Asia Pacific event is expected to be attended by more than 1,400 embedded device developers this year.

First announced one year ago, Continuous Computing and Wind River’s alliance offers Long Term Evolution (LTE), Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) and Femtocell customers the ability to pre-integrate binary runtime modules from Wind River Linux and VxWorks with Continuous Computing’s FlexTCA™ family of ATCA systems. With the inclusion of Wind River’s platform products and award-winning development tools known as Wind River Workbench, Continuous Computing has integrated its own line of Trillium protocol stacks to provide network equipment providers “out-of-the-box” product solutions that save resources and expedite time-to-market.

Continuous Computing’s local channel partners will be representing the company during the Wind River RDC series at the following times and locations:

  • Thursday, November 12 – Taipei, Taiwan (representation by PCT)
  • Monday, November 16 – Beijing, China (representation by Tekview)
  • Wednesday, November 18 – Shanghai, China (representation by Tekview)
  • Thursday, November 19 – Xi’An, China (representation by Alltek)
  • Friday, November 20 Shenzhen, China (representation by Alltek)
